This page describes how your order reaches you and how to return it if needed.

1. Delivery methods

We currently offer the following delivery methods (exact prices and availability are calculated at checkout based on your location):

  • Standard shipping — from €5.00
  • Smartposti parcel machine — from €3.50
  • Smartposti courier (home delivery) — from €5.90
  • Omniva parcel machine — from €3.50
  • Omniva courier (home delivery) — from €5.90
  • Omniva post office — from €3.50
  • DPD courier (home delivery) — from €6.90
  • DPD parcel locker — from €6.50

2. Delivery time

In-stock products are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Delivery then generally takes 1–5 business days depending on the method. The exact delivery time is shown next to each method at checkout. Times are approximate and do not apply in cases of force majeure.

3. Delivery cost

Shipping cost depends on the chosen method and destination and is always shown before you confirm the order. Some methods offer free delivery above a certain order value — see the list above.

4. Right to return (14 days)

As a consumer you have the right to return a product within 14 days without giving a reason, starting from receipt of the goods. The returned product must be unused, intact and in its original packaging with all tags.

5. How to start a return

Returns are handled conveniently through your account — there's no need to e-mail us separately:

  1. Sign in and open My account → Returns.
  2. Choose the order and the items you want to return, and select a reason.
  3. Submit the request — you'll get an e-mail confirmation with return instructions. You can track the status (requested → approved → received → refunded) any time in the same view.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it back following the instructions.

If you ordered as a guest, create an account with the same e-mail address before returning — your past orders are linked to the account automatically.

6. Refunds

We refund the payment, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of approving your return, normally via the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof of return shipment. The direct cost of return shipping is generally borne by the buyer, unless agreed otherwise.

7. Faulty or wrong item (claims)

If you received a faulty, damaged or wrong item, start a return in the same My account → Returns view and describe the problem. We will resolve it — by repair, replacement or refund — and cover the related return costs. We are liable for any lack of conformity for up to 2 years from delivery.

8. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, such as personalised products, perishable goods, and opened hygiene or health products.
