Terms of Sale
Last updated: 2026-06-07
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from our online store. They are drafted in accordance with Estonian law (Law of Obligations Act, Consumer Protection Act) and EU consumer law.
1. Seller
The seller of the goods is:
- Company: OÜ AIShop
- Registry code: 1231233
- Address: Mingi aadress 123, 11314 Tallinn, EE
2. Placing an order and concluding the contract
To place an order, add the desired products to the cart, enter your delivery and payment details, and confirm the order. The contract is concluded once the order has been paid for. We send you an order confirmation by e-mail.
3. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping cost is added to the order and shown before you confirm. We reserve the right to change prices; the price valid at checkout (when you confirm the order) applies to your purchase.
4. Payment
Payment can be made via the methods offered in the store (e.g. bank link, card payment). Payments are processed by a secure payment provider; we do not store your card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery methods, times and prices are described on the Shipping & Returns page.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from receipt of the goods. To withdraw, notify us by e-mail and return the goods. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. We refund the payment, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The right of withdrawal does not apply to statutory exceptions (e.g. personalised products, perishable goods, opened hygiene products).
7. Conformity and complaints
We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery. You can submit a complaint by e-mail. A defect appearing within the first 6 months is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless proven otherwise.
8. Force majeure
The seller is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
9. Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve disagreements through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, you have the right to turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (tarbijakaitse.ee) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
10. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
